The Eggett family first came across Homelord on social media. Being in the financial industry themselves, they loved the idea of house hacking. They picked Orem because it was close to work and family.

We got the sellers to remodel a large majority of the upstairs, left all appliances, and pay them an extra $16,000 towards closing costs and rate buy downs.

The home came with a tenant at $1200 for 2 remaining months. Afterward, tenants were placed at $1400 per month.
